Biodiversity: Investigating Ecosystems

Students explore the Biodiversity Gallery and collect evidence from the exhibits about various interactions animals have between the environment and each other.

This program also highlights extinctions that occur when habitats change. Students investigate South Australia’s extinction record and the reasons for it.

Prior knowledge

Knowledge of ecosystems and the abiotic factors which affect them.
