Students independently tour the gallery listening to an audio narration that focuses on animal habitats and adaptations. Students then participate in a discussion about this experience and are guided by a DECD Education Manager into a sustainability inquiry. Students offer sustainability solutions for posed scenarios. Teachers can follow up on the scenarios presented back in class.

Prior knowledge

An understanding of the concept of animal adaptation will enable students to get the most from the program.
