Bush Mechanics Claymation using iPads
Students create a short stop-motion animated movie depicting ‘bush mechanics’ themes after watching the Claymation episode of the ABC Bush Mechanics movie filmed in and around the Aboriginal community of Yuendumu. Students use a variety of materials to create their unique desert outback scene featuring bush mechanics, animals and birds to tell their story. Exploration of Aboriginal culture and innovative bush mechanics ‘tricks’ are covered in this 90 minute program.
