Movement, Mindfulness and Wellbeing in Adelaide Botanic Garden: Schools event

The Botanic Gardens of South Australia is teaming up with Bluearth Foundation to host a Movement, Mindfulness and Wellbeing in the Garden event, to be held at Adelaide Botanic Garden on Thursday 4 April.

Classes will be booked in to 2 facilitated sessions:

Movement and Mindfulness:
Join staff from Blueearth Foundation, one of Australia’s leading organisations promoting active lifestyles and mindfulness for young people, for a guided lesson of activity, exploration and discovery in the beautiful surrounds of Adelaide Botanic Gardens.

Plants and Health:
Botanic Gardens Education staff will lead students through an inquiry-based learning experience that will explore the relationship between plants and health.

The event is made possible with the support of the Conservation Council SA, through its Amongst It Project.
