Explorers
Participate in a half hour session with museum education staff exploring the concepts of discovery, exploration, cause and effect, perspectives and significance. Learn about the European explorers that charted the South Australian coast in the early 19th century, their discoveries and how these contributed to the way Australians live today. Identify the skills and attributes of a successful explorer, while you explore the museum and surrounding areas. Enhance your learning experience with an optional lighthouse climb and half hour Port River cruise.
