Wild Walks areĀ guided walking toursĀ led by our Conservation Educators.
Students explore Adelaide Zoo while discussing a range of topics including:
- wildlife adaptations
- conservation challenges
- the role of modern zoos in protecting species
Each walk focuses on a specific theme and encourages students to observe closely, ask questions, and think critically about conservation. This works perfectly for schools whoād like support in a project-based or expedition-based learning activity.
Wild Walks are also designed as a shorter and more affordable option for school groups, priced at $3 per student, compared with $4.50 for our standard guided tours.
Suitable for Years 4ā12

New Programs at Monarto Safari Park
Ā
We now offer a selection ofĀ 60-minute education programs, designed to give schools more flexibility when visiting the park.
These sessions deliver the key learning outcomes of our longer programs in a shorter, focused format, leaving more time to explore the park or fit around travel schedules.
They are also a lower-cost option for schools, priced at $5 per student compared with $8 for our standard 90-minute programs.
60-minute programs can also be easily paired with a 60-minute guided tour.
Currently available programs include:
