Movement, Mindfulness and Wellbeing in Adelaide Botanic Garden: Schools event

The Botanic Gardens of South Australia is teaming up with Bluearth Foundation, to host a Movement, Mindfulness and Wellbeing in the Garden event, to be held at Adelaide Botanic Garden on Thursday April 4.
Classes will be scheduled in to 2 different facilitated lessons:
Movement and Mindfulness – join staff from Bluearth Foundation, one of Australia’s leading organisations promoting active lifestyles and mindfulness amongst young people, for a guided
lesson of activity, exploration and discovery in the beautiful surrounds of Adelaide Botanic Garden.
Plants and Health – Botanic Gardens Education staff will lead students through an inquiry based learning experience that will explore the relationship between plants and health.
